When you make an offering booking, we collect the name, mobile number, email address, city, state, country, offering selected, amount and any optional note you submit. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; we retain payment reference information needed to confirm the transaction.

How we use information

We use booking information to process and confirm your offering, provide support, maintain payment records and meet legal obligations. Newsletter email addresses are used only for updates you request.

Sharing and security

We share only the information necessary with payment providers and service providers that help us operate the site. We do not sell personal information. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as required for bookings, support, accounting or legal purposes. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information by contacting admin@the3arrow.in, subject to records we must retain.
